VAFS5 is now available and required for all Virtual Cape Air flights.    This is a significant update for our airline and we plan to utilize some of its new features soon.  The previous pilot client is no longer supported, so head over to vafinancials.com and download the latest client today!

Virtual Cape Air is virtual airline simulating the operations of the real-world Cape Air using Microsoft Flight Simulator.  Although not required, we encourage on-line flying on the VATSIM network. Simulated flying is much more realistic and fun when interacting with other pilots and live Air Traffic Control (ATC).  While this virtual airline exists purely for fun, we expect our on-line pilots to fly using proper procedures and aircraft.  When flying on-line, you represent Virtual Cape Air.  Please conduct yourself in a professional manner and be prepared to execute the type of instructions that the controllers will likely give you.  In the comments section of your flight plan, please enter our URL, "www.virtualcapeair.org".

You must have a valid copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 or Flight Simulator X to join Virtual Cape Air.  We use VAFS to automatically log flight time and track the airline's financial statistics.  You must maintain a valid email address while a member of Virtual Cape Air.
